We are so excited to have you and your family come to the farm! We love planting crops, harvesting, watering, and being farmers. We also love sharing our lives with you as we entertain you! We love all of it!

One of our favorite parts of the farm is giving you a glimpse into our life on a hayride or Grain Train ride. It is a time where you can visit one-on-one with a farmer, hear the history on Dewey, Arizona, understand a little more of what farmers do, and hear/see how food is grown.

Rides are available every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday + Columbus Day during the Pumpkin Fest & Corn Maze.

Our Corn Maze

Each year, we craft a unique corn maze design comprising two maze paths - a challenging route and an easier one. Our guests can relish a delightful stroll through the corn while navigating their way amidst towering 10-foot corn stalks. The corn maze offers enjoyment for all ages, both during the day and at night. For those who visit at night, they'll experience all the daytime maze fun, coupled with the added challenge of complete darkness. Come prepared to have a great time, engage all your senses, and take on the challenge of not losing your way.

Prior to 2022 when the cornfield reaches a height of a few inches, we meticulously map out and clear all the paths. 2022 and since we have utilized the technology found in our tractors to plant the corn in the maze formation.
This year, 2023, our corn maze is themed around water conservation, highlighting the crucial significance of this practice for farmers. Since converting the farm from historical flood irrigation to pivot and drip irrigation, we've managed to save an impressive 90% of the water that was previously utilized. Water conservation is vital for farmers as it not only preserves this precious resource but also enhances the sustainability and productivity of our agricultural endeavors.
The 2022 corn maze marked the inaugural year in which we planted the corn maze using our tractor's design capabilities. We initiate the process by creating a digital file, which is subsequently saved onto a USB drive that gets uploaded into the tractor. This file serves as a guide for the tractor, instructing it on which areas to plant and which areas to keep unplanted for creating pathways. The integration of technology in farming enhances our operational efficiency and enables us to contribute to feeding more people. Indeed, the power of technology is truly astounding!

The 2021 corn maze theme: At the end of 2020 we were able to purchase the farmland that we have been leasing for 10 years known as Mortimer Farms. This year's corn maze is a celebration of this miracle. We are "still farming". A celebration and experience that we are so blessed to share with your family. It is a privilege to welcome families from across Arizona to connect with the passion and principles of the American farming and ranching community and the food on their plate. Thank you for supporting our passion and sharing our farm with us! Here is to connecting your family to your food for generations to come because we are "still farming".

In 2020 the paths created a tribute to American with an American flag, bald eagle, and we stand with America wording.

Past corn mazes:

2021 - Still Farming
