Admission is not required to enjoy the Market & Deli. Our seasonal fruits and vegetables are ripened in our beautiful state's warm sunshine and harvested daily. Our premium, full-flavored beef and pork is raised right down the road at Mortimer Ranches and available daily. Mortimer Farms was forged on the principles of the American farming tradition! We aim to preserve the tradition that takes us back to the days when you knew both where your food came from and the families who helped put food on your table.
Vegetables are a Mortimer Farms Market & Deli staple! We will always have vegetables, greens, herbs, milk, butter, bread, beef, pork, and more!
You will find the following vegetables in the Market: mixed salad greens, kale, Swiss chard, basil, thyme, rosemary, dill, oregano, apples, lemons, limes, garlic, roma tomatoes, beef steak tomatoes, beans, radishes, turnips, snack peppers, bell peppers, jalapeños, yellow squash, zucchini, cucumbers, red potatoes, russet potatoes, white potatoes, white onions, yellow onions, and red onions. As our growing season continues, we will continue to add additional vegetable varieties to our displays.
We take caring for the environment, animals, and crops seriously. We commit to growing all food in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way. That means conserving water, recycling nutrient-rich organic material, and planting trees to improve air quality. The bottom line, when farmers do their job right, great food is grown!

We grow over 40 different seasonally available veggies, melons, and berries at the farm. Squash, peppers, watermelon, strawberries, blackberries, tomatoes, sweet corn, lettuce, flowers, herbs, carrots, okra, beets, cucumbers, egg plant, beans, peas, potatoes, onions, tomatillos, and more can be found in the Country Store or picked right from the plant in our U-pick fields (available based on the season and daily supply).

At the Country Store, you will find chicken, turkey, primal beef, and pork cuts raised right down the road on Mortimer Ranches.
Mortimer Farms grows all the ingredients of a specially blended Arizona feed ration. This specially blended feed has all the vitamins and minerals needed to raise and produce fabulous meat.
Mortimer's animals are given this wonderful mixture of feed, LOTS AND LOTS of clean water and fresh air.
Meats are available in the Country Store all year round. We look forward to helping you find the perfect cut for your family's dinner.

Here is a farm secret - Jarred Candied Jalapenos (from the Country Store), Pita chips, and cream cheese. This combo is one of the best around and makes the perfect appetizer or snack to take on any outing, party, dinner, or indulge by yourself on the kitchen counter in the middle of the night. The bakery and deli is known for our staple items made from scratch daily. Many of the recipes found in the bakery are family recipes passed down from past generations.
We pride ourselves in our gourmet farm to table menus, consistency, presentation, and quality. Guests visiting the Market & Deli are sure to be wowed by the amazing bakery smells, flavor, and beautiful food.

Likely, your kiddos have not met a farmer or grown their food for over three generations. We open our gates because we feel it's crucial to allow families to visit a real working farm, see where food is grown, how it is grown, and have the chance to experience harvesting food!
The Farm Park is a farm-inspired playground designed to give families and children a wholesome, clean, fun place to enjoy each other and our beautiful Arizona climate. At the same time, The Gardens allow guests to learn what farmers and ranchers do every day and why they do it! Our u-pick fields allow families to harvest produce and berries and take the items to your family's table! To receive a more in-depth experience, book a Farm Tour. Farm Tours give families and schools the chance to talk to a real farmer, ask questions, and learn all about what we do.
Pick n' Play combines the fun had in The Farm Park and admission into The Gardens by giving you an all-day pass to enjoy both! Enjoy over 40 farm-inspired rides, games, activities, our farm animals, the lovely farm scenery during your visit to the farm and seasonal veggies, and berries!
